Is this a guaranteed exchange or a prize draw?
It is a guaranteed exchange of points for gifts. Once you have enough points, choose a gift in your account and receive it. There is no draw or waiting for winners to be chosen.
How are points earned?
For travel insurance bought through your link: 5% for 5–89 days, 6% for 90–179 days and 7% for 180–365 days, inclusive. Points are based on the price after discount. Each 1 GEL earned equals 100 points.
When will points reach my balance?
After the policy is paid for, issued and takes effect. If the trip starts later, your account shows pending points and their credit date. Incomplete purchases do not earn points.
Can I buy insurance for myself?
Yes. Purchases through your own link earn points, but the 5% discount does not apply. If you use a friend's link, you receive the discount and your friend receives the points.
Does my friend get the discount only once?
The discount also applies to repeat travel insurance purchases through your link. We remember the visit for 30 days. If someone opens links from several members, the purchase is attributed to the last one.
Can points or my personal link expire?
Points are valid for 180 days from the latest purchase credit. Each new credit renews the entire remaining balance for another 180 days. We send SMS reminders to your account number 30 and 7 days before expiry. Without new credits, unused points expire. Your account, personal link and received gifts remain. Signing in, link visits and gift exchanges do not renew the period.
How do I get a Wolt certificate?
Choose a value in your account and exchange your points. The certificate link appears immediately in My gifts. It stays in your history, so you can open it again without spending more points.
How do I collect my device?
After you exchange points, an operator calls the number in your account to arrange the Zoommer branch and collection details. Devices can be collected through Branch Pick-up in Georgia.
What happens to points if a policy is refunded?
The points are recalculated to reflect the refund. The change appears in your history. If points have already been spent, your balance may become negative; future credits cover the difference.
Where can I see how many points a gift costs?
In your account. It shows each gift's cost, your balance and how many more points you need. Once you have enough points, you can claim the gift.
