1 About the programme
The Partner Club lets you earn points for travel insurance policies purchased through your personal link and exchange them for gifts. These Rules explain how to join the programme, earn points and use them.
The programme is organised by CAP Group LLC, identification number 400465304, referred to below as Polis.ge. The programme is for individuals. Medical and motor insurance policies are not included.
Participation is voluntary. To register, you need your first name, surname and a Georgian phone number with the +995 country code. Each verified number can have one account. By registering, you accept these Rules.
The programme does not change the insurance terms, coverage or claims payment procedure. Participation does not make you an employee, agent or representative of Polis.ge or the insurer. You may not promise specific prices, insurance terms or claims payments on their behalf.
The Polis.ge website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply. Refunds for insurance policies are governed by the Refund Policy and the terms of the relevant insurance product. Points exchanges and gifts are governed by these Rules and the programme catalogue.
2 How referrals are counted
After registering, you receive a permanent personal link. A purchase is attributed to your referral if your friend places an order within 30 days of opening your link. If they open another participant’s link, the purchase is attributed to the last link opened. Opening a personal link again restarts the 30-day period.
For the purchase to count, it must be made in the same browser in which the link was opened. If your friend changes device or browser, or clears saved browser data, they need to open your link again before placing the order.
Only one participant receives points for an order. That participant is determined by the link used when the order is placed and does not change afterwards.
When a friend purchases through your link, they receive a discount and you receive points. You can earn points on purchases through your own link, but no discount applies. The same rule applies if the buyer’s phone number matches the link owner’s number. Repeat purchases through a link and mutual referrals are allowed.
The discount and points terms are shown in the programme offer: on the website after following the link, during checkout or in the account. The terms in place on the date the order is placed apply to that order. Later changes do not affect them.
3 When points are credited and how they are calculated
Points are awarded for travel insurance policies lasting from 5 to 365 days inclusive. The policy must be paid for, issued and in effect before points are credited. If the start date has not yet arrived, the account shows the points as pending or on hold. They cannot be spent yet.
Points are calculated from the price of each policy in GEL after any discount. Bank fees, payment method fees and currency exchange costs are excluded. The points rate depends on the policy duration and is stated in the programme offer. The result is rounded down to a whole point; fractional points do not accumulate.
If an order contains several policies, the points for those policies are added together. No extra points are awarded on the total order amount. If individual policy prices are not specified, the order price is divided equally between the policies for the points calculation.
100 points correspond to 1 GEL of a gift’s calculation value. Points can only be used in the programme catalogue: they are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other people.
4 How to receive a gift
Choose a gift from the catalogue. You need available points that have not expired to redeem it. Before confirming, you will see the gift’s cost in points, your remaining balance, the collection method, restrictions and estimated fulfilment time.
When the exchange is confirmed, the gift’s cost is deducted from your balance once. If the gift is out of stock or cannot be provided, the exchange is not confirmed and no points are deducted. You can choose another gift, cancel the request or try again later.
An electronic voucher appears in My gifts as a code or link. It is for use in Georgia under the supplier’s rules. The voucher’s validity period and terms of use are shown in the catalogue and may differ from the validity period of your points.
If a voucher does not work, contact support. Following a check, a faulty voucher that has not been activated or used may be replaced once. Vouchers that have been activated, used or passed to another person will not be reissued. No replacement is provided if the problem was caused by a breach of the supplier’s rules.
Electronics can be collected from a Zoommer branch in Georgia. Points are deducted when the request is created. Polis.ge will call the number in your account to agree on the branch and collection details.
Before confirming collection, we recommend checking the packaging, the contents and the product documents, including the warranty card where applicable. Warranty service is provided under Zoommer’s terms and those of its designated service centre.
You can cancel an electronics request before collecting the item. The points deducted for it will return to your balance without extending their validity: the participant’s expiry date in effect at the time of the return applies to those points.
5 How long points remain valid
Points are valid for 180 days from the first credit for a purchase. Each new credit for a purchase renews the validity of the entire available balance for 180 days from that credit.
Only a new credit for a purchase renews the validity period. Registration, account logins, link visits, pending points, gift exchanges and returns do not renew it.
If no new points are credited for 180 days, unused available points expire. Your account, personal link, history, pending points and gifts already received remain. A negative balance is not cleared.
You can view the expiry date in your account. If you have available points, Polis.ge will send expiry reminders by text message 30 days and 7 days in advance.
6 What happens when a policy is refunded
A full policy refund cancels the points for that policy. A partial refund reduces them: the remaining paid policy price, the original points rate and rounding down to a whole point are used. Refunding one policy does not change points credited for other policies in the order.
Points corresponding to the refunded amount are deducted from pending points first, then from the available balance. If the points have already been spent, your balance may become negative. New points first cover that deficit. You can receive another gift when you have enough available points again.
A fully refunded policy also stops extending the validity of your other points. The expiry date that would have applied without the points credit for that policy is restored. If that date has already passed, unused points expire.
If it is necessary to clarify which policies a refund relates to before recalculating points, gift redemption is temporarily unavailable until the check is complete. Polis.ge may correct errors in points records.
7 Data and notifications
Polis.ge processes the data needed to participate in the programme, record purchases and points, provide discounts and issue gifts. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Your account shows details of purchases through your link: the date and time of the order, plan, policy duration and start date, amount paid, points and status. The buyer’s name, contact details, passport and payment data, citizenship, policy number, health information and insurance claims are not disclosed.
Service text messages about purchases, pending and credited points, and upcoming expiry are sent to the number in your account. Messages use the website language selected during registration.
Advertising and messages about promotions, gifts and special offers are sent only with your separate consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8 Changes to and termination of the programme
Polis.ge may update the programme terms, catalogue, gift availability and points prices. Current terms are published on the website or in the account and apply to future transactions.
Changes do not affect exchanges already confirmed or alter the discount or points calculation for orders placed earlier.
Polis.ge may suspend or stop offering new discounts and crediting new points, giving notice on the website or in the account. Points already credited remain available for use under these Rules until they expire.
9 Supplier terms and responsibility
Polis.ge organises the programme but does not manufacture gifts or operate third-party services. GPI Holding provides insurance products but does not organise, sponsor or fund the programme. Wolt, Zoommer and other suppliers are not its organisers or sponsors either, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Vouchers and third-party services are used under their suppliers’ rules. Before redeeming points, read the restrictions in the catalogue or on the supplier’s website, including requirements relating to accounts, regions and devices. Warranty and servicing terms for electronics are set by the manufacturer and the relevant supplier.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to receive a gift. Polis.ge is not responsible for delays or failure to provide a gift caused by incorrect information, refusal to provide necessary details or failure to comply with collection terms communicated in advance.
These Rules do not release Polis.ge from responsibility for its own errors or restrict rights that cannot be restricted under Georgian law.
